Covehithe Fish Curry

Description

Combining spices from the Far East, herbs from Henstead and fish from the Suffolk coast, this foolproof fish curry will beat any takeaway – in both taste, time & price.

Mildly spiced with chilli, cardamon, ginger & garlic, all fish used is sustainably sourced by the award-winning World of Fish in Lowestoft. Mint and Parsley from our Henstead herb garden adds a homegrown touch. This ensures a gluten free, dairy free dish filled with flavour, nutrients and feel-good factor. 

For best results, serve with rice and green vegetables. Enjoy with a pale ale from St Peter’s Brewery or a glass of chilled white wine.

INGREDIENTS: Haddock, Cod, Fresh Tomato, Coconut Milk, Ginger, Garlic, Red Onion, Homemade Fish Stock, Turmeric Powder, Curry Leaves, Lime, Green Chilli, Cardamon Pods, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Tamarind

HENSTEAD HERBS: Parsley, Mint, Bay

Cooking Instructions:

(Always cook from frozen)

1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Remove lid
3. Cook for 45 mins
4. Allow 10 minutes to cool
